Application Timeline: Applications are reviewed and determined within two weeks of submission. Applications are not accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Application Process: Applications are carefully considered and accepted or denied based on the quality of the goods (s) being sold. Should a category (i.e.: candles, macrame, jewelry, etc.,) become full before the applicant’s submission, The Makers Boulevard has the right to deny the application. Applicants are strongly encouraged to provide realistic examples of their work via photos posted to social media, a website, or through email.
Display Requirements: A white 10x10 canopy, and 40-60 pounds of weight per canopy leg, are required (a minimum of 160 pounds must be adhered to your tent to participate). Each participant's canopy color and weight will be verified before the start of every market. If you use a table in your display, please be advised that a floor-length table covering(s) is mandatory. The Makers Boulevard reserves the right to require these materials.
Cancellations: There are no refunds given for participant cancellations after submission of the booth fee. If you’d like to request a *change of date after payment submission, you must do so at least four weeks before the market. All rollover requests require a completed application and an acceptance notification for the date of choice. Once the four-week window has expired, participants will forfeit their booth fee in its entirety.
*Date changes will result in a $25 fee.
Weather: All events are held in light rain or shine. Date change requests due to weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the market date. Should The Makers Boulevard be canceled due to bad weather or poor air quality, booth fees will be rolled over to the rescheduled event date, or a credit will be applied to your business for use at a future event -- Note, participants must complete the application process for their date of choice.
Booth location: The location of your booth will be determined the week before the event. All booth requests are carefully reviewed and determined upon submission.
