Information & Policy Agreement

It is The Makers Boulevard, LLC.'s policy and commitment to not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion. Payment Process: Makers Boulevard accepts ACH, Zelle, Check, or Venmo. Payment is due within 72 hours of acceptance. Marketing: Accepted businesses agree to provide a high-resolution logo and other requested marketing materials. Display Requirements: Canopy must be white. Food or beverages of any kind, including candy and water, are not permitted for sale or distribution at the market. Cancellations: No refunds are given for participant cancellations after submission of the fee. Weather: All events are held in light rain or shine. Should The Makers Boulevard be canceled due to bad weather or poor air quality, fees will be rolled over to the rescheduled event date. Release of Liability: (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: THE MAKERS BOULEVARD, LLC and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers; (B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge that they are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.
