Application Timeline: Applications for the Community Kids' Market will be processed in the order they are received. When a specific category such as jewelry or crystals reaches its maximum capacity, we will no longer accept applications for that category.
Application Process: When submitting your application, kindly provide links to your work. If you don't have an online presence, please email examples of your creations to katie@themakersboulevard.com.
Display Requirements: If you decide to set up under a canopy, please make sure to use a white 10x10 tent. It is preferred that you use floor-length table coverings if you plan on using tables in your display. However, there is no obligation to purchase a canopy for this event.
Cancellations: We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you are unable to attend the market. This will give a chance to someone on the waiting list to participate instead.
Weather: The event will take place regardless of light rain or shine. However, if the air quality is poor, the guardian will be notified immediately for rescheduling the market.
Booth location: The location of your booth will be determined one week before the event.
Photo Release: I permit The Makers Boulevard (TMB) to interview the applicant or their business likeness in photograph(s) and video in all publications, websites, and in any other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by TMB, in perpetuity and for other use by TMB. The acting applicant/business/family will make no monetary or other claims against TMB for the use of the interview and/or the photographs/video.
Market Sales: The Makers Boulevard does not take responsibility for the outcome of your market sales. In the effort to obtain optimum results, all applicants are encouraged to promote their attendance & products/goods in advance of the market.
Start-Up Grant Program: The Makers Boulevard will grant a limited number of monetary donations to assist in the start-up of a business. Donations will be capped at $75.00 per applicant and each person must submit their request to katie@themakersboulevard.com by July 19th.
